This allows the salesperson and customer to have a confidential dialog that the customer can feel comfortable with. At the same time, other visitors to the dealership can see that other customers trust the staff and are potentially in the process of making a purchase. This is also why the area is designed with a VIP section at the front of the store. Here, new customers can see cars that have been sold and are waiting to be picked up - another confidence-building part of the layout.

Play and lounge area for waiting customers

As part of the interior design, Inventa and Bilernes Hus in Silkeborg have designed a nice lounge area, intended for customers who visit the house for a longer period of time. This could be a service visit or a tire change, and for a traveling salesman or family, the waiting time can be used in a comfortable and efficient way. There's also a play area for the family's children to entertain themselves while parents wait. Car showroom furniture doesn't just have to be for displaying the cars, but can help create a safe and secure environment for additional sales.
